Ingredients 1 and 1/2 tumbler rice,  1/2 tumbler thoor dhal, Vegitables drumstick  -1 , brinjal - 1,  Small onion 6, potato 2, carrot 1/2 ,  beans 5 , vazhai kai 1/2 ,  kothavarangai  4 Cooking Method :- Mix all vegetables,add green chillies with rice and dhal add turmeric powder 1/2 spoon, salt, tamarind water Total water should be 4 tumbler only Cook in pressure cooker 2 whistle enough Now in a kadai Tadka with greated coconut, 2 red chilli, karuvepilai Mix it with cooked Rice and Vegetables. Finally add gingili oil
